Job summary

The Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser to represent our company in assigned Walmart stores, ensuring brands are displayed and stocked to maximize product availability. This part-time role may require travel to multiple locations and entails working with store management to execute merchandising tasks and report progress daily.

Ideal candidates are accustomed to early shifts, comfortable with daily field travel, and able to use a company device to document work and photos.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack products for display.
• Organize and straighten product on the shelf.
• Receive and install coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company‑issued mobile device to navigate Acosta field technology, answer step‑by‑step questions, and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and collaborate with Walmart store management and associates to complete merchandising tasks.
• Collaborate with the direct manager via email, phone, and text to coordinate work.
• Report completed work on the same day it is finished.

Position Overview

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser, you will represent Acosta Group in assigned Walmart stores, ensuring client brands are displayed and stocked to maximize product availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack products for display.
• Organize and straighten product on the shelf.

• Use a company‑issued mobile device to navigate Acosta field technology, answer step‑by‑step questions, and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and collaborate with Walmart store management and associates to complete merchandising tasks.
• Collaborate with the direct manager via email, phone, and text to coordinate work.

Success Factors

• Own your assigned store(s) and develop strong relationships with Walmart associates and managers.
• Work independently while recognizing you are an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
• Follow detailed instructions closely to ensure accurate execution.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos, and report work by the end of the day.

Benefits

Schedule

• Part‑time flexible schedule with 2‑4 days per week, Friday required; or full‑time flexible schedule at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Standard shift starts between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.; work day ends by 6 p.m. (no evenings).

Pay Rate: $17.13 per hour. Part‑time employment.
