Description and Requirements
As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the world’s largest retailers. You will be the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group in your assigned store.

What will you do?
- Scheduled work can be Sunday through Saturday; days depend on the required work specific to the location.
- Full‑time: Flexible schedule, at least five days a week (Friday mandatory).
- Part‑time: Flexible schedule, 2‑4 days (Friday mandatory).
- Start work between 6 am–9 am; work hours 6 am to 6 pm (no evenings).
- Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
- Straighten product on the shelf.
- Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to be installed in store.
- Use a company‑issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple apps simultaneously.
- Answer step‑by‑step questions on Acosta’s field technology on your device as you work.
- Take photos of completed work to document success.
- Represent Acosta and its clients in your designated Walmart store(s).
- Partner with Walmart store management and associates to accomplish the job.
- Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
How will you succeed?
- Own your store(s); you’ll be Acosta’s face in Walmart. Over time, you’ll become the go‑to Acosta resource through the relationships you build.
- Work independently as an Acosta representative while remaining an extension of the Walmart family.
- Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
- Leverage the support of and share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide through various communication channels.
- Contact your manager for assistance with store challenges—help is available.
- Complete work within the provided timeframe.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure first‑time correctness.
- Provide accurate, concise data and photos by following mandatory instructions.
- Report your work on the same day it is completed.
What tools do you need for the job?
- Reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple retail locations in your area.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
