Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, helping shoppers find products and maximize sales. You’ll build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to keep stores well stocked and inviting.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; 18+ is required, and you’ll work with a friendly team to deliver on plans and meet customers’ needs while maintaining safety and

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
