Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking individuals to help shape customer shopping experiences. In this role, you will support retailers in-store by building displays, rotating products, and tracking inventory to boost sales. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

You must be 18 or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work location. This position offers competitive wages and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
