Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Vallejo, CA. You will create displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to help retailers maximize sales. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No experience is required for the right candidate; we provide training and team support, with opportunities to grow within the company. Competitive hourly wages apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
