Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a part-time in-store merchandising assistant in Middletown, OH. You will support retailers by building displays, end caps, and shelf resets, while rotating products to maximize sales.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, contributing to a smooth store operation and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train team members.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with results orientation.
• Safety-first mindset in retail environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Access to smartphone/tablet to record work after shifts.
