Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking individuals to support in-store merchandising across retail locations in Colorado. You will help build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory while assisting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; incentives include internal growth opportunities and benefits tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who works well independently and in teams.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
