Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Fraser, CO is hiring an in-store Merchandiser to support retailers with displays, end caps, shelf resets, and product rotation. You will also help with inventory tracking and assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior merchandising experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support. The role offers an hourly wage of $20.00 and opportunities for growth with internal promotions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable transportation to/from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
