Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in Fraser, CO to support in-store merchandising and help shape the shopping experience.

You will build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory while assisting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training is provided; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Record work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
