Retail Odyssey in Eaton, OH is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to support in-store merchandising, display builds, shelf resets, and inventory tracking across our retail partners. This role will help lead and train teammates while ensuring optimal shelf presence and product rotation.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while developing a customer-focused team that delivers compelling shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to record work on a smartphone/tablet.
