Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays and end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training is provided, and growth opportunities abound. 18+ years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Ability to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also capable of team collaboration.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
