Job summary

Retail Odyssey, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an enthusiastic team member for in-store merchandising support. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You’ll also assist with training and onboarding new hires, support scheduling, and contribute to reporting efforts. If you enjoy fast-paced retail and helping shoppers, join us.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Motivated self-starter with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays and end caps and rotating products.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
