Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking for an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and help track inventory to optimize sales opportunities across partner brands.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires, while delivering friendly customer service and teamwork on shift.

Qualifications

• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
