Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to support client brands in retail environments nationwide. You will build rapport with store personnel, educate on product features, and execute displays and resets with accuracy while following client instructions.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

Sales Merchandiser

This position is under the supervision of the Market Sales Manager, with daily communication and follow‑up with the Territory Sales Lead expected.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, following all provided instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Execute merchandising and all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and consistently deliver above‑average project execution compliance.
• Possess detailed knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate daily to the Territory Sales Lead on all activities accomplished, sales opportunities, and any barriers; inform Market Sales Manager of successes or needs.
• Use available functions of handheld device consistently.
• Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects and product up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs., and the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.
• Work can be performed while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Work includes fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper/lower body mobility.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Auto liability insurance must be maintained.
• Access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e‑mail required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Rate of Pay: $14.50 per hour.
