Job summary

Kohlfeld Distributing is seeking a warehouse/merchandiser in Missouri to stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain organized back stock. You will move products between back stock and floor displays and ensure displays are merchandised effectively.

No prior experience is required, but retail/grocery exposure is a plus. The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, good communication, and a valid driver’s license. Expect a fixed 35-40 hour work week with benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience is required, though prior experience in the grocery/retail/beverage industry is a plus.
• Excellent communications skills needed
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects
• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move product that weighs up to 60 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Attend and complete required meetings and training

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, floor displays, and coolers with Kohlfeld products in back stock inventory
• Ensure product is rotated and managed
• Ensure displays are merchandised properly and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized back stock area
• Transport products from back stock to display areas using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Communicate with Manager on the stock product or other issues noticed on site
