Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking full-time and part-time Bulk Merchandisers for Knoxville area locations. The role focuses on presenting products at retail locations, following planograms, and maintaining multiple bulk accounts with safe handling practices.

You will partner with store personnel, manage shelves, and ensure compliance with quality guidelines while supporting proactive pricing and new opportunities. Training and mentorship accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates merchandisers; coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, returning damaged/expired items to the branch.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and discussions of pricing and programs.
