The LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to deliver inspiring LEGO experiences at major US retailers. This field-based role emphasizes building relationships with store management and shoppers while maintaining displays, pricing, and product knowledge.

Applicants should be 18+, live within 20 miles of Pittsburg, PA, and be comfortable with daytime hours (M-F, 7am–6pm; 20–24 hours/week). The position is self-managed with emphasis on independent task execution and reliable

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must live within 20 miles of Pittsburg, PA.
• Ability to work day time business hours. Current schedules are flexible with availability M-F, between 7am – 6pm (20 – 24 hours a week)
• This is a self-managed role where you thrive working independently on assigned tasks
• Tech savvy (iPad/tablet/smart phone/Microsoft Office)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Personal cell phone and computer with internet access and the ability to text and email
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, a good DMV record to drive from store to store
• Physical requirements: climb ladders up to 12’ tall and ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to waist or chest height, able to bend, twist, reach, squat, kneel and walk and stand for long periods of time, while adhering to safety policies and expectations
• Retail merchandising experience helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, packing out product from retailers on premises’ storage facilities, maintaining product displays and pricing products
• Installing or maintaining point of purchase materials, interacting with shoppers, supervising store inventory
• Accountable for set displays and inventory integrity

Core Responsibilities

The LEGO® US Merchandising team has delivered Outstanding service at the store level for over 30 years. As a part time Retail Merchandiser in a field-based territory, you will be tasked with communicating and establishing relationships with store management and key decision makers to complete LEGO® US merchandising priorities.

The hourly rate for this position has a range of $18.00-20.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
