Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Santa Cruz, CA. You will build displays, rotate stock, reset shelves, and help maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with onboarding and coaching new hires.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team-building skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
