Job summary

Jacent is seeking a friendly, self-motivated Merchandiser to join our field team in Carrollton, TX. You'll place products, build displays and work with store personnel in 17,000+ stores across North America.

You will travel locally within a 20-mile radius, perform merchandising resets, implement plan-o-grams and ensure attractive in-store presentations while maintaining strong relationships with store management.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments and schedules.
• Able to meet physical requirements: standing 3–8 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs, repetitive motions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to build partnerships with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets and build displays.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implement plan-o-grams for consistent presentations.
• Collaborate with store personnel to optimize product visibility.
