Advantage Solutions in San Jose, California is seeking dynamic individuals for in-store merchandising support. In this role, you will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to ensure optimum sales opportunities.

Competitive pay starts at $20.00 per hour, with growth opportunities and training provided. No prior experience is necessary, and you must be 18 or older to apply.

The ideal candidates will display excellent customer service skills and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
