Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandisers to support retailer partners in San Diego, CA. You will build displays, set up end caps, rotate products, and monitor inventory to help maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic environment, with potential for additional hours and customizable benefits.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
