Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating products, and restocking shelves. You will monitor inventory and work with store teams to maximize sales opportunities. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

You should be friendly, energetic, and reliable, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid transportation is needed to reach assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor in interactions with customers and management.
• Reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a retail environment.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
