Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers and shoppers. You'll build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory while engaging customers with a friendly, proactive approach.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; the role offers hourly pay and opportunities to grow within a network serving many brands and retailers.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer interactions and professional service.
• Capable of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
