Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Lakewood, CA. You will help retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs with reliable transportation. $16.90 hourly.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Now, about you:

Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

You’re 18 years or older

Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Have reliable transportation to and from work location

Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results

Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills

Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
