Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Carpinteria, CA. You will help build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to boost sales opportunities. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and provide reliable transportation to the work location. Excellent customer service and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential to succeed.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
