Swing Merchandiser

Pepsi Bottling Ventures (PBV) is seeking a Swing Merchandiser to join our team.

Company Overview

PBV is jointly owned by Suntory (family‑owned, 125+ year legacy in beverages) and PepsiCo (global leader in convenient foods and beverages). We serve the Carolinas and surrounding states, distributing PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper products and developing our own beverage line.

Role Overview

Merchandises products by stocking shelves, rotating inventory, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, back‑room organization, and moving products from back‑room to sales floor. Accurately order product for the next delivery.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Fill and merchandise all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sell and execute all promotions.
• Create and utilize point‑of‑sale signage.
• Develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Service all customers as scheduled.
• Order product and/or run invoices.
• Clean equipment, maintain back‑room storage orderly, and rotate stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to perform basic financial calculations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Availability to work required hours.
