Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising seeks a Merchandiser to place products and build displays in 18,500+ stores across North America, working with store personnel to deliver ideal merchandising. The role emphasizes front-line execution and community presence.

New hires between 10/1-11/30 receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus, payable in four installments. Daytime hours with a predictable schedule, 3–5 hours per week, paid training, mileage/travel time paid between stores, and cell phone reimbursement are

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with store personnel
• Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to changing environments
• Comfortable in physical role requiring standing/walking and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams
