Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Wisconsin. You will build displays, reset shelves, and manage product rotation to maximize sales opportunities.

You’ll also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with training provided to help you succeed. Applicants should be comfortable interacting with customers, be 18 or older, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to record work on a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety in retail environments.

Responsibilities
