Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Have reliable transportation to work location
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience leading and training others
• Able to record work with smartphone or tablet after each shift
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with bias for action and results
• Works well independently and in teams

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with team to ensure excellent customer service
