Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a store merchandising associate to stock shelves, rotate products, set up displays, and move items between backrooms and sales floor in large-volume stores. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, teamwork with store personnel, and using equipment like pallet jacks to service accounts.

The position requires physical labor, lifting 20–45 lb cases, and regular field work across multiple store locations. Mileage reimbursement may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
