Job summary

ThisWay is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support in Fairbanks, AK. The role involves building displays, refreshing shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize store sales and partner success.

You will work on-site with a focus on customer-facing merchandising, ensuring high standards and timely execution. Prior experience isn’t required as paid training is provided, with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Has reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Able to perform job duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps in retail locations
• Reset shelves with product rotation
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities
• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs
