CART Solutions is seeking dynamic, energetic Part-Time Grocery Merchandisers to boost the shopping experience by executing planograms and resets with independence and pride.

The role is in the Hoover area with early morning starts (5 AM) and 4 days per week possible, covering up to 40 miles. Mileage paid, no nights or major holidays, W-2 employment, and weekly scheduling options help you balance life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the US.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel for 6-10 hours.
• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must drive within 40 miles of Hoover.
• Experience with planograms (POG) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform planogram merchandising and resets in grocery departments.
• Visit multiple stores in the Hoover area weekly with independent scheduling.
• Ensure accurate signage, pricing, and shelf presentation.
• Track mileage and travel time; adhere to safety practices.

When & Where will you work???

CALLING ALL EARLY BIRDS!

• Day Shift: FIRM start 5 AM; Variable end times: 6 - 8 Hour Shifts, Typically 5 AM - 12:30 PM
• Schedule: up to 4 days per week ; Monday - Thursday
• Locations: Each day will bring new adventures & locations. You MUST be able to work up to 40 miles around the Hoover area. Locations can include, but not limited to: Hoover, Bessemer, and Helena and the surrounding Birmingham areas
