Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking in-store merchandisers in Federal Way, WA to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, and help manage inventory while providing outstanding customer service.

Training is provided; 18+; able to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable transportation required. Opportunities for additional hours and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps to attract shoppers.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and ensure correct pricing and signage.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
