• Unload plants from delivery racks and set up displays.
• Maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays.
• Cull and dispose of non-sellable plants.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and adjustments.
• Assist with resets, building displays, and special events.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Use tools such as pallet jacks, pruners, ladders, and more.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Work and communicate cooperatively with coworkers, vendors and retail associates.
• Report to work on time and follow the given schedule.
