Pilot Flying J in Minnesota is seeking a Travel Center Crew Member to deliver fast, friendly service, stock shelves, and maintain clean facilities. You will assist guests and help manage inventory while supporting teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Incredible guest service skills and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to organize and stock shelves.

• Experience in retail or similar role (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure Travel Centers and Plazas are kept well stocked and organized.
• Deliver fast service, friendly smiles, and clean facilities to all guests.
• Assist guests with their needs in a timely manner.
• Manage vendor and inventory flow.
• Merchandise promotions and value items to increase sales.
• Analyze and understand information from key reports to increase sales.
