Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in CHULA VISTA, CA. You will ensure client brands stand out at Walmart by driving product availability, executing merchandising tasks, and serving as the main contact with store management.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment at one of the world’s largest retailers, with a schedule that may include weekends and flexible hours. The role includes health plan options and telemedicine benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work Sundays to Saturdays; flexible schedule with days varying by location.
• Full-Time: flexible, at least 5 days a week (Tuesdays and Fridays required).
• Part-Time: flexible, 2-4 days (Tuesdays and Fridays required).
• Start between 6am-9am; work 6am-6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in store.
• Use company-issued mobile device to complete work while navigating multiple apps.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores; partner with store management.
• Communicate with direct manager via email, phone, text.
