Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to service retail locations within your assigned territory in Virginia. You will ensure products and displays meet client standards while working independently and reporting results via a mobile device.

You'll typically work 5 hours per week in your local market, with travel between locations covered by travel pay. No experience is required, and virtual training plus ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report accurately via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within assigned area to ensure displays meet client standards.
• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
