Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Walmart Retail Merchandiser in Morganton, NC. You will ensure client brands are visible at Walmart by stocking, shelving, and executing merchandising tasks while communicating with store staff and Acosta management.

Roles include both part-time and flexible schedules, with start times around 6am–9am and no evenings. Transportation is required and health plan options are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations in your area.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work Sundays through Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work with location requirements; full-time may require 5 days a week (Tue, Fri) and part-time 2–4 days (Tue, Fri).
• Locate and stock merchandise, straighten shelves, and transport coupons and signage materials.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and report results the same day.
• Collaborate with Walmart store management and Acosta team via email, phone, and text.
