Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to join our Little Rock, AR team. You will visit major retailers, set up and maintain electronic product displays, and ensure correct signage and plan-o-grams across the assigned territory.

You will be responsible for completing store audits, wiring power/data for new products, and reporting with photos after visits. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous merchandising/3PL or retail experience desirable.
• Able to handle all levels of merchandising within territory.
• Follow complex instructions and display diagrams with accuracy.
• Independent work style with ability to collaborate in a small team.
• Access to the internet, handheld tools, and a smart device with Wi‑Fi/GPS; laptop/desktop is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within the assigned radius to complete projects at major retailers.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client displays.
• Build/endcap setup and replace signage/POP where needed.
• Submit same-day surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
• Reset products as directed by plans and call reports; maintain stock levels.

ActionLink is seeking aFull-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiserto join our team for Little Rock, AR and the surrounding area.

What you will do:

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and others within an assigned radius territory
• Purpose:To turn shelves into sales magnets and drive revenue by ensuring the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our clients' promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent innovative, global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and many others
• Scheduling:This position offers 32 - 40 hours per week. Need open availability. Project hours and times fluctuate, so flexibility Monday through Friday typically between 8:00am to 6:00pm is necessary for the position. No weekends required.Willing to travel out of district when needed.
• Additional Opportunities:If you can cover a larger region and travel to other outlying areas or states, there may be opportunities for additional hours
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visitRequirements:- Reset product as directed by call reports and plan-o-grams
• Ensure product shelves are properly maintained and stocked
• Perform product audits
• Set up new electronics products, wiring the power and data connections and setting security devices.
• Build endcaps (may involve building the display from assorted parts, using tools)
• Replace signage and POP

• Education: High School diploma or GED
• Retail Experience:Previous merchandising, 3PL required, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility:Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory
• Attention to Detail:Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork:Comfortable working independently most of the time and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready:Access to the internet, basic hand-held tools, and a smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS capability. Access to a laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus.
• Travel Ability:A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation is a must
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 - 100 Ibs. without assistance
