Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test, if applicable.
• Access to multi-store locations within assigned shift with own transportation.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Display promotional material like signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Follow operating procedures and designated routes.
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Provide customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Work with minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
