SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and resetting shelves to optimize sales opportunities.

You will interact with customers and store management in a friendly, energetic manner and work a flexible schedule. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising not required; ability to interact positively with customers and management.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on feet for extended periods.
• Strong self-starter with a collaborative mindset and safety-first attitude in a retail setting.

Responsabilités

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
