Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in various retail stores within the Hallmark department. You will restock, organize, and monitor inventory using Hallmark tools, and ensure optimal product displays.

Seasonal resets, extended hours near holidays, and collaboration with store teams are expected. You will need reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; prior experience in a similar retail setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a handheld device to read documents and access information.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock and organize inventory in Hallmark department across retail stores using a handheld device; maintain displays and monitor inventory.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with fixtures, relocations, and card department resets; two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with Hallmark's field merchandisers to support other team members in their territories.
