Job summary

Jacent is the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America. We are seeking a Merchandiser to place products, build displays, and work with store personnel in local communities. The role offers daytime hours, a fixed schedule, and paid training.

Compensation is $17.00 per hour for part-time work (10–15 hours/week) with mileage and travel time reimbursement, cell phone stipend, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Meet physical requirements: standing 3–8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong communication with partners.
• Residence within 20 miles of Germantown, MD.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management.
• Executing merchandising resets.
• Building retail displays.
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.
• Implementing plan-o-grams.
