The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and enhance shopper experiences in Wisconsin. You will help build displays, reset shelves, and monitor stock to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work location. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps to showcase products.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and manage planogram adherence.
