Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers' needs. Responsibilities include building displays, setting end caps, and rotating stock while tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; hours may vary with additional shifts available upon request. Competitive wages start at $16.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail or service roles preferred.
• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and meeting sales opportunities.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.
• Reliable transportation to work location and flexible with hours.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
