Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to support in-store installations and maintenance of the Instant Coupon Machine, at-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads in the Woodbury area of Minnesota. You will join a field team responsible for ensuring accurate placement and upkeep of promotional materials across assigned retailers.

The role features flexible work hours, competitive pay starting at $16.37 per hour, gas reimbursement, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable insured vehicle for city assignments if applicable.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; occasional driving.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• In-store representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (for some city assignments, representatives may choose alternative transportation).
• Take initiative and work well independently with a strong work ethic.
• Display focus on quality, detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Demonstrate adaptability to clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers' needs.
• Ensure all interactions meet excellent customer service standards and professionalism.
• Show strong organizational skills and time efficiency.
• Have access to computer, internet and printer.
• Possess the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, including bending and driving during the day or night.

The territory covered is St. Paul, Cottage Grove, Inner Grove Heights, Woodbury, Mendota Heights, Hastings, Red Wing, Cannon Falls, MN. The territory averages 2 - 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
