Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in the Winsted area to support retailers and shoppers. You’ll build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help ensure shelves are stocked to maximize sales.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You’ll need strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay at $16.95 per hour.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
