Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers across locations. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

The role emphasizes customer-friendly service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities for growth and additional hours upon request.

In this role, you will provide in‑store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety‑first mentality in a retail environment
