Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, seeks in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs. The role involves building displays, end caps, and shelf resets with rotation, plus inventory tracking to optimize sales.

No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Opportunities for additional hours and customizable benefits are available to fit your needs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
