Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Waterbury, CT. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves, and help ensure products are presented to maximize sales. This role starts with training and a supportive team to help you succeed.

You must be 18 or older, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and able to interact positively with customers and store staff. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
